Counseling has been a source of strength that has helped me to survive and prevail. I have firsthand experience with how fascinating and rewarding counseling can be from both a client and counselor perspective. Authenticity, Compassion, and Professionalism are a few of my highest values. I deeply honor the balance of these values and bring them to the counseling space.

I know therapy can feel very uncomfortable at first, but I have a very interactive style.
